Blame

‘It’s my fault’

The truth is complicated. When the feeling of failure bubbles up, we blame ourselves and call our bodies broken. It takes an outside reminder to remember once again to be gentle with ourselves.  No guilt, no blame. We’ve got this together.

There is no fault. We are strong and whole, not broken.
